Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order, as your order is printed on demand. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address, VERIFY your address and choose the shipping option for you. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Free shipping is offered on orders $50.00 and up. Free shipping and Standard shipping is approximately 3-4 business days. We offer $4.99  shipping within the U.S. on orders up to $49.99. We offer 1-2 business day express shipping on all orders. Free shipping and Standard shipping is approximately 3-4 business days.

Estimated shipping dates: Fulfillment(2-5 business days) + Shipping option(Standard: 3-4 business days) or (Express: 1-2 business days)

We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will pay the restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at noendesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
